Postage, Shipping & Pickups

All orders are shipped with NZ Post with tracking and drop-off with signature required. An automated email with tracking link will be sent to the email address supplied with your order.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to save on shipping costs.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected. Where possible we will used recycled and/or eco friendly packaging. Any boxes, bubble wrap and packing we get upon ordering goods we will reuse to pack your orders.  If your product arrives damaged please email us within 3 day with written explanation and photos and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

It is very difficult to correctly estimate exact shipping costs on a automatic system like this so if you feel the automatic shipping cost has over estimated the shipping please drop us a line with your order number and we can work out shipping manually for you.

We are a family owned business and have small children so sometimes it is not always possible to get orders packaged up the same day. Please be understanding of this if your package gets slightly delayed. 

Pick-Ups:

Picks ups are welcome. We are located in Hawera, South Taranaki. If you are passing through and wish to collect your order please contact us via Phone, Email to arrange a suitable time.

International Orders:

Yes we ship internationally. We send all order via NZ Post. 

Postage to Australia:

Please note, orders over $1,000 AUD will incur customs/import fees on arrival into Australia. We cannot cover these fees for you, and you will be required to pay any such costs in order to have the item(s) cleared through customs for release. 

We are working hard to get much better shipping rates to Australia but unfortunately it is expensive to send from NZ to Australia. We are giving you the very best possible shipping we currently can and are currently working on a different solution. Suggestions are welcomed, if you are able to help us further please get in touch.
